Grace Dinwiddie | Gracie Blue Photography

I’m Grace Dinwiddie, better known as Gracie. I’m a mom, wife, humanitarian, free spirit and artist. I’ve always had an affinity for cameras, but I was originally a graphic designer working in print. In 2010 I took on photography as a challenge. It didn’t take long before I found my life revolving around my camera and my clients’ stories. I believe in true love and I put all of my energy into documenting it as often as possible. I’m also a bit goofy and I love to laugh and dance (not well), so bring your sense of humor and get ready to have fun.

I love working with clients who are friendly, easy going, deeply in love, willing to trust me, know the value of artistic photography and are comfortable communicating with me (Yup, it’s a mouth full). Communication is extremely important. I like to exchange ideas with all of my clients. This allows me to keep each session/wedding unique and personal. I’m heavily invested in my clients. I want to know their stories, what makes them laugh and what pulls at their heart strings. The better I know my clients, the more authentic their photographs will be.

Photography is not my job, it’s my passion. To me, the biggest perks of being a photographer are the relationships I form. I am blessed with the opportunity to meet amazing people who trust me with priceless memories, unique stories, and their most vulnerable moments (see Boudoir). It’s my mission to capture your story like no one ever has before. My work is personal and therefore you shouldn’t be surprised if we become friends in the process. I hope to hear from you soon!
